`upperlower`, `ul`: Play a simple guessing card game.

    **Usage:**
        `ul` by itself: Play the game!
        `ul payouts`: Show the table of payouts for this game.
        `ul stats`: Show your stats for this game.

    This game costs $20 to play. Each turn, you are shown the current card that
    was drawn from the deck and must guess if the next card in the deck will be
    lower or equal, or higher or equal in value to the next card in the deck.
    Aces are considered higher in ranking than Kings.

    The game is controlled by a system of reactions. If you need to refresh the
    game if you, say, played the game in another channel and are returning to
    the older embed, react with 🔄.
